Cancellation Policy
At our location, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To respect the time of both the technician and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a deposit for next service is required.
